The ETFO Unfair Labour Practice Complaint


ETFO has filed an unfair labour practice complaint with the Ontario Labour Relations Board against the Ontario Government. ETFO’s complaint is concerning the Government’s failure to bargain in good faith during the 2014 round of collective bargaining. The Government’s conduct became known to ETFO in March 2018.
